Dr. Shenelle Siriwardena believes that the best healthcare is built on trust and truly knowing her patients. With over 15 years in medicine and certified by both the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK), she brings depth of experience and a genuine commitment to her patients’ well-being.
Originally from Sri Lanka, Dr. Siriwardena began medical school at the University of Sheffield at just 17 years old. She completed her Internal Medicine residency and Family Medicine residency in London, UK, with advanced certifications in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Pediatrics. She is fluent in English and Sinhala.
Known for her warm, approachable manner and calm confidence, Dr. Siriwardena’s practice centers on building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients of all ages. She takes a preventive approach to care, focused not just on treating illness, but on helping people become the healthiest version of themselves.
She is excited to join the Ajax Family Practice team and is currently accepting new patients.
